Trust, Security & Privacy
This page is maintained by Nexora to answer common security and privacy questions about the Nexora store. It describes controls currently in place — it is not an independent certification or audit report.
Payments & checkout
All payments are processed by whop.com. Nexora never sees or stores card numbers, CVV codes, or full banking details. Checkout runs over HTTPS on whop.com infrastructure.
Access & accounts
Course access is granted through your whop.com account after a successful purchase. Manage or revoke access from whop.com/orders.
Data we hold
Nexora stores a minimal order record (receipt id, course id, email, amount, currency, timestamp) received from whop.com webhooks. This record is used to confirm purchases and provide support. It is not used for advertising or sold to third parties.
How data is protected
Order data is stored in a managed Postgres database with row-level security enabled and no public read access. Only trusted server-side code can read or write order records.
Privacy requests
For access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, contact us through whop.com/yournexora. Refunds and billing questions are handled by whop.com support.
Incident reporting
If you believe you have found a security issue, please report it via whop.com/yournexora so we can investigate.
Nexora is responsible for the practices described above. Underlying infrastructure providers (whop.com for payments and access, our hosting and database provider) are responsible for the security of their own platforms under a shared-responsibility model.
