Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nexora website located at nexora-store.org (the "Site") and any digital products, courses, materials or community access offered by Nexora ("we", "us", "our") and sold through our storefront on whop.com. By accessing the Site or completing a purchase you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or of legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to enter into a binding contract to purchase from the Site. By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method presented at checkout.

3. Products and services

Nexora sells digital educational products, including but not limited to online courses, downloadable documents, templates, and access to private communities. Product descriptions, features and pricing are shown on the corresponding tier page and may be updated from time to time. Screenshots and mock-ups are for illustration only.

4. Orders and payment

All payments are processed by whop.com, which acts as the merchant of record for your purchase. By completing checkout on whop.com you also accept Whop's seller terms and customer terms. Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout (EUR, USD, GBP or CAD). Applicable taxes are calculated and collected by whop.com based on your country. We do not receive or store card numbers, CVV codes or full banking details.

5. Delivery and access

After a successful payment you will be redirected to a success page with a link to your materials and will receive an order confirmation email. Access is delivered electronically and is normally available immediately. If you do not receive access within one hour of a successful payment, please contact info@nexora-store.org.

6. License to use materials

Subject to full payment and continued compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the purchased materials for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not:

  • share, resell, sublicense, publish or redistribute the materials in any form;
  • remove or alter any copyright or attribution notices;
  • use the materials to build a competing product or dataset;
  • use the materials in a way that violates applicable law.

All intellectual property rights in the Site and the materials remain with Nexora or its licensors.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Acceptable use

When using the Site, the materials or any community access you must not: (a) attempt to access another user's account or bypass access controls; (b) upload malicious code; (c) scrape or automate the Site in a way that disrupts service; (d) harass, threaten or defraud others; or (e) use the service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access for any breach.

9. Third-party services

The Site relies on third-party services, including whop.com for payments and access, and standard hosting, database and email providers. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or content of third-party services.

10. Disclaimers

The Site and materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nexora makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site or materials, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, or that any specific business, financial or educational result will be achieved. Any outcomes depend on your own actions and circumstances.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexora and its owners, employees and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the Site, the materials or these Terms. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount actually paid by you for that purchase.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nexora from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the materials, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or to purchased materials if you breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law) will continue in effect.

14. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at Nexora's place of business, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.
